Scope and Contents
Includes responses from Labor Members of the NRAB to suggested changes to the NRAB made by a report by the General Services Administration and the National Archives and Records Service. The recommendations included slashing the budget, the personnel, and drastically altering the procedures of the NRAB. The Labor Members submitted a response and supplemental response to counter the NARS report. The responses include additional documents explaining the NRAB, the differences between arbitration and mediation, a study from the Yale Law Journal, and other attempts by NARS to impact the work of the NRAB.
