The pamphlet was written by Cesar Chavez and Bayard Rustin. Also contains EEOC filings, Conciliation Agreements, orders to a local unions to turn over their records to the EEOC, orders to file information on union apprenticeship programs, correspondence in re standard operating procedure for member unions to inform each other when they are sued for discrimination, information on age and sex discrimination, and a report from the AFL-CIO's Department of Civil Rights.
