Scope and Contents

An internationally renowned Italian quick-change artist, Fregoli both sang and acted 20 or more characters in each of his shows. He made his first splash on the Parisian stage in 1900 and subsequently presented shows in the French capital that ran for up to a year. This card presents vignettes showing poses and costumes from Fregoli's show Eldorado.
