The Glendale Woolen Company Records includes company stock certificates issued to John Z. Goodrich, 1860 and 1861, as well as articles of agreement, 1867, of Charles Goodrich, Joseph R. French and John T. Fenn, all of Stockbridge, to become partners for five years for the purpose of manufacturing cotton and woolen goods at the mill of the Glendale Woolen Co.
