This collection consists of a pamphlet printed by the State of Illinois to document their Vocational Rehabilitation program for blind and visions impaired Illinoians. The pamphlet includes numerous photographs documenting blind and visually impaired workers at their jobs as well as testimonials from various employers praising the program.
