Abstract

This case deals primarily with the constitutionality of the New Jersey statute providing for compulsory arbitration of public utility labor disputes. The constitutional issues involved were whether the statute invades a field preempted by the Federal Government; does the statute improperly delegate legislative power under vague standards, and is it a denial of due process.
