This collection consists of psychological profiles of individuals in corporate middle-management positions, samples of tests that could be used to create those profiles, as well as samples of other psychological and personality tests, and office files from Dr. Cornehlsen's career as a consulting psychologist and a psychology professor.

The arbitration awards and papers of Willard Eugene Hotchkiss include speeches and writings, including some book reviews (1917-1940); also arbitration awards, chiefly for the Textile Workers' Union of America (1937-1945), and United Steelworkers of America (1939-1944).

Consists chiefly of copies of speeches made by Caples (few originals, few reprints) before workingmen's associations, management conferences, civic and social groups, and educational institutes in his capacity as an Inland Steel Company executive.
