Series 3. Correspondence, 1948-1988

This series contains letters to friends, family, and colleagues. There is also correspondence related to the Bicentennial of New York Hospital. Miscellaneous correspondence with the faculty at New York Hospital can also be found in this series. In addition, one will discover personal letters written by Ms. Schwartz after retiring in 1980. These documents detailed her vision of nursing in the future. School of Nursing Alumni Association correspondence during the 1980s also resides here.
