The Shah of Iran subseries includes both clippings and correspondence regarding the Shah's treatment at New York Hospital and then his flight to Lackland Air Force Base in Texas, Panama, and Cairo, Egypt. In addition, Dr. Kean's correspondence with the Shah's family after his death is contained in the files.
