These photographs were submitted to the Commission as Employees' Exhibit 19, are referred to by the letter L in testimony, and were taken by Arnold M. Strommen. Mr. Strommen was employed as a locomotive engineer for the Great Northern in the Willmar, Minnesota Seniority District and was local chairman of Lodge 95 of the BLF&E.
