These photographs were submitted to the Commission as Employees' Exhibit 39, are referred to by the letter B in testimony, and were taken by S.G. Vick. Mr. Vick was employed as an engineer in yard service by the N&W and was the local chairman for the BLFE. The N&W was a class I railroad operating in the southern United States.
