This series consists of photographs of the Norfolk and Western's facilities in Portsmouth and Norfolk, Virginia. These photographs were submitted to the Commission as Employees' Exhibit 39, are referred to by the letter B in testimony, and were taken by S.G. Vick. Mr. Vick was employed as an engineer in yard service by the N&W and was the local chairman for the BLFE. The N&W was a class I railroad operating in the southern United States.
