Scope and Contents From the Series: This series consists of photographs of the Norfolk and Western's facilities in Portsmouth and Norfolk, Virginia. These photographs were submitted to the Commission as Employees' Exhibit 39, are referred to by the letter B in testimony, and were taken by S.G. Vick.
