After Koch, Cuomo introduces Governor Hugh Carey; Carey says "How to win New York" starts with "thinking ethnic." Among these are 3 DVD copies of 16mm film that document the celebration of the Union Health Center's 50th Anniversary in 1964. In addition to ILGWU members, staff, and officers, the event includes an address by President Lyndon B. Johnson.
