Mr. Lirigo was born in 1809 in Hillhead parish in Sorn, Scotland. He worked at Kilmarnock, Scotland, came to Boston, & worked on a power loom in Lawrence & Roxbury, Massachusetts, and Troy, New York. Lirigo also worked in Lowell & Needham & Thompsonville, Connecticut.
