The David Skelly Collection of Methuen International Mills Photographs consists of interior and exterior views of the Methuen International Mills in Methuen, MA. Includes photographs of the wool washing machinery, picking machinery, dye room, time clock, and one photograph of the exterior of the building. All photographs by David Skelly, Methuen, Massachusetts.

Biographical / Historical
In 1919-1920, a weaving mill was built in Methuen, MA and occupied by the Selden Worsted Mill. Selden Worsted, founded in 1903, was originally in Lawrence, MA. In 1920, it moved to the new mill in Methuen and remained in business there until 1964.
Methuen International made worsted fabric. Selden Worsted Company took over the building in 1929 and began operating under the name Methuen International Mills in 1938. The last year Methuen International Mills is listed in Davison's textile directory is 1986. The company was dissolved in 1990.
