The agencies represented in this collection include the U.S. Conciliation Service, the U.S. Division of Management Relations Services, the New York Labor Relations Board, the Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Board, the Puerto Rico Industrial Relations Board, the Connecticut State Board of Labor Relations, the Massachusetts Labor Relations Comission, the New Jersey Public Employee Relations Commission, the New York City Office of Labor Relations, and the Labour Relations Board of Canada.
