Gelatin silver print. Image depicts Dancewicz in mill office with two women office workers, identified as Margaret E. Minott and Mary J. Grady on the reverse of Copy A; mill floor visible through windows in background. Dancewicz (1906-78) was employed by the Blackstone Mill as the overseer of weaving and slashing from 1936 to 1942. Copy B. 21.5 x 16.5 cm.
