Local 454, Textile Workers Union of America, at American Felt Co., Franklin, Mass., on the far right of a group of men who are unidentified. Older man sitting in front of the group at a table with sheets of paper and a pen on it; possibly the signing of something? Mill location is also unidentified. 25.5 x 20.5 cm.
