Scope and Contents

Black-and-white image of two river barges, one with the name "Hercules of Lake Charles" visible on the edge of the stern, loaded with cotton. Several buildings are visible on the land next to the barges, and the yard in the background of the image has rows of cotton bales. Workers can be seen handling rope on the barges.
