Scope and Contents
Black-and-white image of a man standing on a stepladder to pick cotton from a tall cotton plant. Printed on the botton of the card: "Mammoth Lodi Cotton. 'Eight bales to the acre, and they say there isn't any money in cotton.'" Mammoth Lodi cotton is presumably a reference to a particular variety of cotton plant, one that grows quite tall.
