The items may be used only with donor's permission during his lifetime.

After permission is granted, those documents relating to unpublished arbitration or mediation cases that have been conducted must be used by researchers only in aggregate (not identifying the parties to these arbitration or mediation cases by name or by implication) unless permission to identify them by name is granted in writing by the parties to these cases.

Parties involved in arbitration or mediation cases will not be identified in print without the parties permission. Cornell University students and faculty may use information for term papers if this use does not involve the subsequent publication of these documents or any information derived from them.
