Tour of New York City offered biennially to new members of Congress featuring an ILGWU-sponsored fashion show of apparel produced in New York City. Letters from Mazur to NYC mayor Ed Koch and other officials inviting them to attend the show, April 13, 1987; letter to Mazur from Rep. Charles Rangel, noting that 68 members of Congress would attend, May 1, 1989; list of companies represented and fashion items presented; agenda of all tour events; remarks by Mazur (?); memo to Mazur from ILGWU legislative director Evelyn Dubrow re need to put on a less expensive show, recommending against sponsorship by Philip Morris, January 8, 1991
