Scope and Contents
Letter with attached interim report. Letter tells of two instances in which mediation agencies were strained: in one, "a problem" arose between an agency and several members, was resolved simply by Chairman talking to academy members, in the other, invitations were sent to the state agencies last minute and then presidents were not introduced at the luncheon while the AAA and FMCS presidents were.
