This is a film about a factory in Canada that organized when one of the workers was fired unjustly. It is narrated by the union organizer that was sent in by the Local 100 to organize the workers there who were looking for representation. The film follows the progression of the campaign up until the first contract is agreed upon. Local 100, 31 min. long, Kodak Safety film, no title frames present -- 1000 feet of film
