Includes racial statistics on population, educational level, extent of training and the extent to which the training affected their socio-economic status. Also report including racial statistics on population (1910-1935), emergency relief recipients, occupations, local industry and California State Employment Service data divided by race in Los Angeles, Oakland, and San Francisco, California.
