(1) Donated Materials closed for 30 years from date of creation; researchers with express written consent of the Secretary of the Dearborn Group may access the Donated Materials during the 30-year closed period. (2) Before accessing the Donated Materials, researchers must sign a Memorandum of Agreement whereby no corporate and individual names can be revealed specifically or by inference unless prior permission of the relevant individuals and organizations is obtained prior to publication.
