Consist chiefly of memoranda and letters pertaining to Philip Wittenberg's activities as a member of the American Civil Liberties Union, (ACLU) Committee on Labor Injunctions.
Documents consist of memoranda and press releases of the ACLU on anti-injunction and yellow dog contract laws in New York State, and reports on the lobbying activities of the ACLU Committee on Labor Injunctions. Also, letters of Alexander Fleisher (secretary), Roger N. Baldwin (member, ACLU Committee on Labor Injunctions); Robert F. Wagner (senator, New York State) and Louis Waldman (attorney) to Wittenberg regarding the Norris-La Guardia Act, passage of anti-injunction laws in New York State, and meetings and lobbying activities of the ACLU Committee on Labor Injunctions.
