Transcripts and exhibits of a dispute between the American Smelting and Refining Co. and the United Steelworkers of America.
The dispute involved the Garfield, Utah plant and the issues included job evaluation, wages, pensions, health and welfare benefits and holidays. The documents include report of the panel; docket of case before the Wage Stabilization Board; transcript of proceedings (2 vol.); and press releases of the Board.
