Healy, then the founding managing director of Tara Consultants Ltd (later Atlantic Philanthropies Ireland). Healy served as CEO for the Atlantic Philanthropies from 2001-2007. Also included are meeting materials for the Board of the University of Limerick Foundation, of which Feeney was a member.
