Scope and Contents L.H. MacDaniels and his wife, Frances were involved with the American Committee for Relief in the Near East from 1919-1920 and his collection contains glass slides and negatives taken during the time of the Armenian genocide. Some of the images are copies of those taken by the Consul in Armenia at the time, Leslie Davis and are among the few images known to exist of the genocide.
