Builder’s Estimate and Time Book, 1912. Only one week was used, for 11 March 1912 at 1134 West 37 Drive, apparently in greater Los Angeles. Seven workers’ hours are recorded including “CMC” and “Hirashima.”

Slipped in are clipped engravings and clippings, apparently of sites visited: Eaton Hall, Hotel and Pension de l’Ours at Grindelwald, Grand Hotel Pension Bellevue au Lac Zurich, Hotel du Nord, Coeln, and Hotel Monet, Vevey.
