Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: The restoration of the facade of this historic 1920s-era Art Deco building included replacement or preservation of fenestration, cleaning and replacement of brickwork in an array of special shapes and colors, and terra-cotta details in accordance with guidelines established by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1987.
