Includes publications, proposals, plans and contract drawings of the radio astronomy telescope, including t-shirts and memorabilia publicizing the observatory. Also, a large artist's rendering of the telescope.

On September 30, 2011, when Cornell's management of the Arecibo Observatory ended, a Cornell flag was lowered and brought to Ithaca to be included in the collection, with a letter from Donald B. Campbell, Professor of Astronomy, November 9, 2011.
