Abstract

Kennedy makes note of the foreword in the book which quotes Shakespeare and offers an alternate Shakespeare quote. Also included is a letter to Rossiter from journalist Hugh Sidey dated November 30, 1963, describing the circumstances of the Kennedy letter and how it was Sidey's last contact with the President before his death. Also a recording of the JFK memorial service held November 23, 1963 in Barton Hall at Cornell University in which Rossiter cites the Kennedy letter while giving the eulogy.
