BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Ziegler was dean of the College of Human Ecology from 1978-1988 and then taught in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management and in the Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (CIPA) from 2002-2011. His work as a researcher focused on urban development, working as a consultant in education and race relations for numerous public and private agencies. In 1995 he founded the Leadership Institute for School Principals, a professional education program for school leaders.
