ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY
Cornell University's Coalition Advocating Rape Education (C.A.R.E.) had members across the university, including staff of Gannett Health Services and Prof. Andrea Parrot, and collaborated with the Department of Theatre Arts to produce training materials on date rape in the late 1980s. Around 1990, the name changed to Cornell Advocates for Rape Education.
