BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Associate Director of Cornell Cooperative Extension and Assistant Dean in the College of Human Ecology from October 1998 to her retirement in June of 2009. Swanson received her B.S. degree in Food, Nutrition and Wellness from Dominican University, her Master’s in Foods, Nutrition and Related Sciences from Cornell and her Ph.D. in Adult Education from Cornell.
