ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY

William A. Hagan was the fourth Dean of the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine. His term ran from 1932-1959. Hagan also served on the administrative committee that governed the college from 1931-1932, after the death of the third dean, Pierre A. Fish. Also on that committee were Drs. Earl Sunderville and Raymond Russel Birch. Professor Myron G. Fincher served as Acting Dean from 1943-1944 while Dean Hagan was in Germany
