ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY

In 1992, a Department of Fruit and Vegetable Science was established, combining the Departments of Vegetable Science and Pomology. On July 1, 2000, the Department of Horticulture was established, combining the Department of Fruit and Vegetable Science with the Department of Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture.
