ORGANIZATIONAL HISTORY

New York Wine & Grape Foundation (NYWGF) is a not-for-profit trade association of the New York wine and grape industries that is charged with promoting the products of the New York grape growing and wine producing industries and funding research relevant to these industries.

A brief history of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation was published in Wine East volume 22 number 3, September - October 1994, under the title "How a Foundation Helped Uncork New York" by Hudson Cattell. A copy is available in the accession folder.
