BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

F. Clifton White did graduate work at Cornell University from 1945-1947 and was later active in Republican political campaigns. He was also a faculty advisor at Ithaca College and Cornell University, a social science instructor at Cornell, and a political science lecturer at Ithaca College. He is president of F. Clifton White & Associates, Inc., a public affairs, political counseling, and government relations firm.
