Launched in 1976, the Living Sober Western Roundup is a conference of LGBTQ groups and members affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous held every summer in San Francisco, which describes itself as “the oldest and longest continuously held LGBTQ Alcoholics Anonymous conference in the world.”
