DOMS KOC Black Book #4, 2007
Scope and Contents
Contains writing and numerous stickers from NARC, BGA, SPLIT and many other writers. This black book is elaborate, some pieces take up multiple pages and utilize cut outs, name and postal stickers, etc. to create multi-media work. The pieces in this book also tend to be very vibrant. Contains airbrush, paint, marker, pen, etc. This black book is unusual because of the way the artists worked with form, it is very different from the other black books in DOMS’ collection and shows the trajectory of his crew. An emphasis is on airbrushed works here. One page is dated 2007, and because of the style represented in this book compared to the 1990s “KOC style” it is fair to say most of it is from the mid-2000s.
