Scope and Contents
Includes materials from the start of the University of Memphis' City and Regional Planning Department's first role with Professor Reardon as the principal investigator, inclusive of the proposal summary, the preliminary scope of services (for Mississippi River Corridor Trail Tennessee), the budget, the stakeholder contact list, meetings, Community Forum PowerPoint and some educational materials such as a pamphlet with maps of the trail. The Mississippi River Trail Plan connected to the Shelby County Bike Plan and other related Mississippi River projects through the national scenic by-ways initiative, urban trail planning in the Greater Memphis Region, and other plans connected to the river in neighboring states.
