Bond for Deed Survey Instruments and Interview Notes, Fall 1994

Survey instruments for interviewing Winstanley Neighborhood residents, institutional stakeholders, and other stakeholders in regards to how bond for deed affects properties and interviewees; in addition to bond for deed, there is a housing survey, interview agendas, guidelines, and notes. Interviews and surveys were conducted, and materials were created for and/or by the Community Planning Workshop.
