Physical Description: 5 p. on 2 leaves; letter autograph signed Summary: Foreign bankers accept to lend 2 millions for 10 years to the Compagnie, but ask for the guarantee of the Duc de Penthièvre. Letter begins: "Madame la Baronne/Je crois devoir vous faire part des préliminaires qu'exigent mes correspondants de l'étranger pour l'emprunt de 2 millions en question..."
