Physical Description: 8 leaves; 34 cm; manuscript signed (photograph), original in the Archives nationales. Accompanied by a letter of introduction to the Emperor (see Lavoisier MSS. 3.35a).Summary: Present their case against Lemercier, the former manager of their company, who made business deals in the name of the association for his own profit. Letter begins: "Précis / pour mm.rs Fourcroy et Vauquelin / dans l'affaire de h.ri Lemercier et Comp.ie / Au commencement de l'an neuf…"
