Physical Description: 1 p. on 1 leaf; 18 cm; letter autograph signed Summary: Letter to Abraham Louis Breguet, a famous watchmaker, about a watch made for Mme Lavoisier. Letter begins: "Vous étiez l'autre jour Monsieur [si] occupé, si causant, si aimable, si caquet avec une très aimable dame que je n'ai pas osé vous distraire et déranger le moins du monde votre très actif tête-à-tête..."
