Report of "Four Mill Committee" to FHGC - read and approved and adopted at directors meeting July 3, 1924, (members to pay Four mills tax for maintenance and nothing for dues) - agreement to run with the land (formerly agreement was 2 mills tax, 2 mills membership dues); also copy of earlier Four Mill Agreement dated October 1, 1923 , (raising from 2 mills the assignment from the Homes Company)
